In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business and revenue growth by identifying and securing new customers.
You will be expected to be a true hunter, with a proven track record of successfully generating new business and exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities in the commercial sector, targeting key decision-makers such as Facility Managers, Property Managers, and other relevant individuals and organizations.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the commercial sector, and use this information to develop targeted sales strategies.
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, and use your strong negotiation skills to close deals with new customers.
Work closely with our marketing and product teams to develop and refine our value proposition, and to create marketing collateral that resonates with our target audience.
Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships with potential customers and industry influencers.
Requirements:
5
years of experience in business development or sales, with a proven track record of exceeding targets and driving new business.
Experience selling to commercial customers, such as Facility Managers, Property Managers, and other relevant individuals and organizations.
Strong understanding of the commercial sector, including market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
