Electrical Engineer
Since 1972, Barile Gallagher & Associates, a multidiscipline consulting engineering firm, has provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering services on institutional, commercial, municipal, religious and residential projects. Today, we are taking the lead in the green building movement. Our practice is focused on sustainability with a commitment to creating energy-efficient, high-performance building systems.Due to increasing client demand, we are currently seeking a motivated Electrical Design Engineer with 0 to 5
years' systems design experience with power, lighting, fire alarm, IT infrastructure, public address and emergency generation systems.The position requires the following:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. 0-5
years' electrical system design experience. Strong Communication skills. Additional skills desired but not required:
Prior experience designing electrical systems in schools. Revit Proficiency. AutoCAD proficiency. Construction Administration experience (e.g. shop drawing review, field observation reports, punch lists, commissioning). Building Condition & Feasibility Studies with Probable Construction Cost development. P.E., E.I.T., LEED AP and/or Green Associate designations.
