On-the-job training Growth opportunities A fun and collaborative work environment PreshClean is currently looking to hire a full-time technician who will undergo training to become head of our field operations.
Responsibilities:
Perform exterior cleaning tasks such as pressure washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and soft washing according to company standards and procedures Ensure all equipment and tools are properly maintained and in good working condition Safely operate company vehicles and equipment during service calls Communicate effectively with customers to address any questions or concerns and provide exceptional service Maintain accurate records of work performed, including job details, time spent, and any materials used Assist in the training and mentoring of new team members as needed Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to minimize risks and accidents Identify and report any issues or maintenance needs to management promptly Follow established schedules and routes to complete jobs efficiently Represent PreshClean Exterior Cleaning in a professional manner at all times, upholding our reputation for quality and reliability Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in exterior cleaning or related field preferred Ability to operate pressure washing equipment, ladders, and other tools safely and effectively Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with customers and team members Valid driver's license and clean driving record Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors in various weather conditions Punctuality and reliability in adhering to schedules and completing assigned tasks Willingness to undergo training and follow company procedures and safety protocols Positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team Preferred Qualifications not deal breakers :
